JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa was a brand-new resort built in 2020 in the highly competitive Walt Disney World area. Coming out of a pandemic and having to close the hotel so suddenly was detrimental to the resort and its associates and opening back up swiftly and correctly was critical. We began working with Nicole in late 2020 to plan a strategic roadmap to not only get our resort’s name “on the map” but to grow travelers’ and locals’ interest and awareness to our hotel and its distinctive restaurants.
